Calculate Your Supply
Servings per day
This is a planning input, not a recommended intake.
Enter a whole number from 1 to 10,000 from your package label.

Estimated weeks
30
Servings per 30 days
Estimate: 30 servings ÷ 1 servings per day = 30 days. Days and weeks are rounded to up to 2 decimal places; a fractional day is an arithmetic estimate. The calculator does not set product serving advice.
Worked example
- Enter 31 servings in the package.
- Set servings per day to 2 with the plus or minus buttons.
- Read the days, weeks, and separate 30-day usage estimate.
Expected result: 15.5 days of supply, approximately 2.21 weeks, and 60 servings needed for 30 days.
This illustrates the calculation only. Use your own package count and planned use; the example is not an intake recommendation.
How This Calculator Works
This calculator divides the serving count you enter by your planned daily use. It estimates weeks with seven days per week and uses a 30-day month for the monthly estimate. It does not assess how much a person should consume.
Planning Your Supply
Use the number printed on the package you are considering. The result is a simple estimate; it does not predict product effects or recommend how often to consume it.
